Bhubaneswar: After Odisha Samaj UAE drew the attention of chief secretary Anu Garg about the possible withdrawal of IndiGo’s Dubai-Bhubaneswar flight, the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Odisha (HRAO) on Friday wrote to chief minister Mohan Charan Majhi seeking his intervention on the issue.
“At a time the tourism industry is growing rapidly, with Odisha putting in the best of its efforts to increase inbound tourists, withdrawal of the Bhubaneswar-Dubai and Singapore flight connectivity will not be a progressive sign towards Viksit Odisha,” the letter read.
