An Indian-origin doctor based in Los Angeles has touched a nerve online after sharing a deeply personal account of his mother’s early struggles in the United States, a story that many say captures the quiet resilience behind immigrant success.Dr Sachin H Jain took to X to recount how his mother arrived in America in the 1970s unable to speak English and unsure of how to navigate daily life.
