Jaipur: Former vice president Jagdeep Dhankhar released a book titled ‘The Unbecoming’, by Kartikeya Vajpai, at JLF Sunday. The book explores the idea of achieving a state of flow where innate spontaneity flourishes and awareness naturally guides one’s actions.“The book transcends the notion of abandoning success; it invites us to explore our essence beyond the confines of accomplishment,” said senior journalist Sanjay Pugalia. “This journey encourages us to detach from the identities and roles we cling to, allowing us to reconnect with our purpose through mindfulness, awareness and service to others,” he explained, adding that the book is very relevant for Gen Z.
“Through experiences drawn from cricket and spirituality, the book shows the art of living in a simple yet powerful manner. It captures the rhythm of life, ways of dealing with failure, and the idea of recognising one’s inner energy and purpose. It not only inspires young readers but also gives them the space to engage with the questions of their time,” Pugalia said.
