Etawah Crime News : A heartbreaking incident has come to light from a village in Usarahar police station area of the district. Where the BSc second year student ended her life by consuming poison due to sexual harassment and molestation happening with her. The 19 -year -old student is the daughter of a family member working in Delhi with her father. His parents do not live at home, as the father is in Delhi with his son. The girl lived at her home with mother and younger sister. In the neighborhood, a young man lived Rizwan, who works as a painting of furniture.
Learn the whole matter
Rizwan often used to send pornographic messages to the student on mobile and pressurize him to meet him. When the girl used to go by college bicycle, she used to stop and molest her on the way. He also threatened to kill his brother when he was not found. The student’s brother said that on April 24, Rizwan threatened the sister that he would kill the family. The student informed her father, who complained against the family of the accused, but was threatened and misbehaved with them. After this, on April 26, the girl’s brother filed a complaint against Rizwan and two of her companions at the police station. In this tahrir, the student was accused of bullying, sending pornographic messages and assaulting. However, the police did not take any action on these complaints.
Student ate poison under stress
It is alleged that the student was very stressed due to lack of action and increasing threats. She was constantly troubled by the harassment happening on her. One night, she left her house and reached her family. That night too, Rizwan reached to threaten, showing his spirits. Disappointed, he ate poison the same night. When his condition deteriorated, the family admitted him to the medical college, where he died on Friday morning during treatment.
Controversy before postmortem
The case of keeping the body in a bad deep freezer kept in the postmortem house also made headlines. Family members allege that the body was sent late for postmortem and negligence was also taken in keeping the body properly. When the family looked at the dead body, he created a ruckus. After giving information, the officials kept the body in the correct deep freezer.
Police statement
The police have registered a case against the victim’s father’s Tahrir. SSP Sanjay Kumar Verma said that an FIR has been registered on the basis of the complaint. This includes sections 115/2F2 (provoking suicide), 352 (physical abuse), 351 (pressing) and 66D IT Act (Cyber Crime) of IPC. Rizwan and his brother Salman have been arrested. Further action will be taken after the postmortem report comes.
