Bengaluru: A juvenile and another person were arrested on charges of stealing 18 two-wheelers worth Rs 15 lakh. One of the arrested is Hasnain, a habitual offender who stays in west Bengaluru. The juvenile is 17 years old. Police recovered the stolen two-wheelers from an empty plot in Maruthinagar and near a park in front of the BBMP school playground in Gangondanahalli.
Police said the duo didn’t sell the two-wheelers but used them to perform wheelies and other stunts at night.Cops said 11 more cases were registered in the city and at Kolar and Ramanagara. The owners are yet to be traced.
