Bhubaneswar: Days after the death of criminal Sehnawaz Malik, 26, in a crude bomb explosion in Airfield area here, his mother Lizatun Bibi, 51, succumbed to burn injuries at SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack on Tuesday, police said. Malik, Bibi, his fiancee, Truptimayee Mahal, 23, and friend Amiya Mallick, 27, were critically injured while allegedly assembling crude bombs on the rooftop of his house on Jan 27. Mahal and Mallick are undergoing treatment in a private hospital in Bhubaneswar.
