Berhampur: The two-day ‘Amrit Kaal’ cultural festival at Gopalpur beach in Ganjam district concluded on Sunday. The festival, organised by the Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre (EZCC), Kolkata, featured an array of folk dances and performances by local artists.
