CTET answer key 2026: The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2026 is expected to release the CTET provisional answer key 2026 this week. CTET is conducted by the Central Board of Seconday Education (CBSE) was held on February 7 and 8, 2026, in two shifts each day for Paper 1 and Paper 2. The board has not officially announced the exact release date yet. CTET answer key 2026: What happens after the provisional key?

The release of the provisional answer key opens a short objection window. This period usually lasts for two to three days.During this time:

  • Candidates can challenge any answer they believe is incorrect.
  • Supporting documents or evidence must be submitted.
  • A fee is charged for every question challenged.

After the objection window is closed, the CBSE examines all the challenges. If any answer is found to be incorrect, necessary corrections are made.The final answer key is released, and the result is prepared accordingly. The final answer key is expected to be released in late February or early March 2026. The CTET 2026 result is expected to be released in the first or second week of March.CTET is an essential eligibility test for candidates applying for teaching jobs in central government schools and some state-run schools. Every year, lakhs of candidates appear for the test, making it one of the most competitive teaching eligibility tests in the country.
