Prayagraj: Pratapgarh police busted an inter-district gang of burglars with the arrest of three of its key members—Surjeet Verma (28), Rajesh Gupta (24) and Uma Shankar Verma (22), residents of Aspur Devsara, on Sunday.
Police also seized 3 CPUs, 3 mouse, 4 cables, 3 adaptors, 1 stitching machine, 1 lab practical box, 4 boards and 4 desktop LCDs from their possession.Police said that the miscreants had executed a theft at the campus of the govt higher secondary school, Dhaurhara, under the limits of Aspur Devsara police station on Jan 8. Following the incident, an FIR under Section 331(4) and 305 of BNS was registered. A police team was constituted to work out the case.
