Gandhinagar: Former GPCC president and senior leader Bharatsinh Solanki said on Sunday that a large number of Form No. 7 were filled in Gujarat and Tamil Nadu for the removal of names of voters from the electoral rolls.Speaking to reporters at the GPCC headquarters, Solanki said that this was important, as local body elections were to be held in the state in the coming months.
“The central leadership of the Congress is making plans to approach the SC as well as the ECI regarding the issue. The state unit of the Congress is taking up the matter aggressively as well,” he said.
