Budaun News : There has been a big controversy over illegal construction of religious place in Behta Jabi village under Bilsi police station area of the district. Taking immediate action as soon as the administration came to know, the police have filed a case against 10 people. It is being told that a religious place was being constructed in the village without permission, which was found to be completely illegal. Earlier in the year 2017, there was a case of illegal mosque construction in the same village, which was taken by the administration. As soon as the matter was received, the administration took action and took stock of the situation by reaching the spot by the Deputy Collector (SDM) of Bilsi (SDM) Ripudaman Singh and the jurisdictional (CO).
Case related to religious sentiments
Due to the matter being related to religious sentiments, heavy police force has been deployed in the village with immediate effect so that no untoward incident occurs. The administration says that peace system is being given top priority in the area. SDM Ripudaman Singh said that the condition of the village is completely under control and a police force has been deployed so that no rumor or tension situation can arise.
Case filed for power theft
Along with this, a case has also been filed in another case for electricity theft. Action has been taken against the people concerned in the investigation conducted by the Electricity Department on confirmation of illegal connections and power theft. The administration has appealed to the people not to pay attention to any kind of rumors and cooperate in maintaining law and order.
Religious construction work against law without permission
Officials have also clarified that without permission any kind of religious construction work is against the law, and strict action will be taken if any such effort is made in future. Vigilance is being taken in the village regarding this entire incident and the district administration is constantly monitoring.
