Boy stabbed to death in West Delhi, 2 minors held

New Delhi: A 14-year-old boy was allegedly stabbed to death following an altercation in West Delhi’s Khyala area on Monday evening. Police have apprehended two minors in connection with the incident. The deceased, a resident of the same area, lived with his family and is survived by his parents and two brothers, one elder and one younger. His father works as a tailor. Police said a PCR call was received at the Khyala police station around 8.45 pm, reporting a fight near the community centre in C Block. Police found the boy in a critical condition and rushed him to Guru Gobind Singh Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. A preliminary medical examination showed fatal stab wounds to the boy’s stomach. Police said both the accused are school dropouts and residents of the Khyala area. The father of one of the accused has passed away, and his mother works as a domestic help, while the parents of the other accused are employed as factory workers.
