Ahmedabad: A three-day Indo-Swiss Blockchain Forum (ISBF) was inaugurated on Monday at Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) on Monday. K Rajaraman, chairperson of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), said that blockchain led to a diffusion of accountability and the legal safety net disappeared. “We don’t want to be first, but rather the most certain with new technologies,” he added. Prof Claudio Tessone, head of the Blockchain Centre at the University of Zurich, said that poor economic and heavily centralized systems led to the concentration of power. TNN
