KUALA LUMPUR: Binastra Corp Bhd
said its wholly-owned subsidiary Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd has accepted an RM503mil award from Exsim Sri Permai Sdn Bhd for the proposed development of a data centre (Plot 1) in Kuala Lumpur.
It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the contract shall commence on Feb 19, 2026, and be completed within 20 months.
The contract covers the design, construction, completion, testing and commission, maintenance and guarantee (turnkey) for foundation works, sub-structure works, main building works and infrastructure in respect of the proposed development of a data centre.
Binastra said the contract is expected to provide additional income stream for the group over the next two financial years.
