Big plane crash in Dhaka, Air Force fighter jet crashed on school

A major plane crash occurred on Monday in Uttara area of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. A training fighter jet from Bangladesh Air Force fell shortly after flying on the Milestone School and College building. So far 19 people have been confirmed in the accident, while more than 50 people are seriously injured. Among those who died are a third -grade student, who died on the spot. After the accident, there was a huge fire in the school premises and there was chaos. The injured include a large number of students and teachers.

Training fighter jet fell on school-college

According to eyewitnesses, after the accident, the flames of the school and the flames and smoke were seen arising near the building. It was seen in the video that after the accident, teachers and students were seen running around to save their lives.

Third grade student dies, many serious
According to Dhaka Medical College and National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery, 19 people have been confirmed so far. More than 50 are injured, most of which are students and teachers. According to Dr. Bidhan Sarkar, the head of the burn unit, “A third -grade student was brought to the hospital in a dead state. Apart from this, many people of 12, 14 and 40 years are severely scorched.”

According to the hospital administration, the scorched people are undergoing treatment and some are very critical. There are some local people who were present with the school.

Heavy loss to school building
There was not only loss of life in the aircraft accident, but the school building has also suffered widespread damage. Classrooms, walls and windows have been completely damaged due to the explosion.

Many fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and the fire was controlled, but by then a large part of the building was burnt. The school administration said that the structure of the building has weakened and studies are not possible at the moment. School teacher Masood Tariq said, “I had gone to the gate to pick up the children, then there was a strong explosion. When I looked back, there was only fire and smoke. Many children were stuck inside.”

Government ordered inquiry
Muhammad Yunus, the head of the interim government of Bangladesh, expressed deep grief over the accident and ordered an immediate investigation. He said, “The damage done to the Air Force, students, parents and teachers due to this accident can never be filled. We will investigate and ensure that there is no such incident again. According to the Public Relations Department of the Army, the aircraft training was on flight. This balance was lost due to technical disturbances and fell victim to the accident.

The F-7 BGI aircraft is built by China and the Bangladesh Air Force uses it for training purposes. Even before this, some aircraft of this model have crashed due to technical reasons.
