The victim’s family has filed a petition in the SC against the bail granted to Unnao rape case convict Kuldeep Sengar by Delhi HC.

On the Delhi High Court suspending the sentence of 2017 Unnao rape case accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar, Congress leader Udit Raj said, “The victim said that Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi had tears in their eyes. This incident is heart-wrenching, the victim wanted to meet PM Modi. Had the case been presented properly, this would not have happened in the High Court… Has the judge also become insensitive?”
