Bhulekh UP official website is an online portal launched by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, launched by the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Department to digitize land records in the state and make them available to the general public through a web portal.
With the help of this webpage, you will be able to get all the information related to Khasra, Khatauni ki Nakal Nikal, and Uttar Pradesh Bhulekh Portal.

To view copy of Khatauni in Uttar Pradesh, you have to follow the following steps- First of all visit UP Bhulekh Portal – https://upbhulekh.gov.in/.
On the homepage, click on View copy of Khatauni (Rights Record).Now you have to submit the captcha that appears on the screen, after that you select the district, tehsil and village name / village name / village code to check the land record.
After this you can proceed by entering the Khasra / Gata number or account number or name of the owner (Khatedar). If you want to see Khasra Khatauni according to the name, then here you select the name of the account holder option.
Now to check the details of the account number, select the account number and click on the option ‘View Extract‘ (View Account Details).
Gata is the term used to represent a plot of land in Indian land records. Gata number is the identification provided to a plot of land by the Land Revenue Department.

Click on the option View the copy of Real Time Khatauni present on the homepage.
Now proceed by entering the captcha, and on the new page select your district, tehsil and village.
Now a new page will open where you will get 4 options:
Search by Khasra / Gata number
Search by account number
Search by account holder’s name
Search by transfer date
Enter the details by selecting the option according to the information available with you and then click on the View Extract button. After this, enter the captcha and click on the Submit button.
Now the Extract Khatauni (uncertified copy) will be presented to you, if you want, you can print it and keep it safe.
Check the dispute status of the plot
Before investing in land or property in UP, you also need to check whether the property is involved in any kind of legal or financial dispute or not, for this you have to know the dispute status of the plot, the process of which is as follows:
Visit the Uttar Pradesh Bhulekh official portal.
Click on ‘Know the dispute status of the plot/gat’ on the homepage.On clicking that option, a new page will open in front of you, where you have to select the district, tehsil and village of UP.
After selecting your district, tehsil and village, you will be redirected to a new page, in which you will be asked to provide the Khasra/Gata number. Enter the Khasra/Gata number and click on the ‘Gata Status’ option.Now if there is any dispute on the Khasra number entered by you, then you will get information about it.
