The birth anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was celebrated with great pomp in Govindpur Kathoiya village located in Sataon block of Rae Bareli. Special bhandara was organized on this occasion.
The program was led by senior teacher and social worker Ashish Prajapati. Along with him Ganga Prasad Gautam, Sonu Gautam, Suraj Gautam, Shiva Gautam, Ram Sumer Gautam and Ramkumar Gautam played an active role in organizing the program.
Many dignitaries attended the program. These included Mohammad Sharif (District Panchayat member second), Raju Yadav (Block President, Saton Congress Party), Manoj Yadav (Village Head Lohra), Shiv Bahadur Lodhadur (former head Lohra), Mahadev Paswan (Village Head Govindpur Kathiya) and Rohit Prajapati (District General Secretary, Prajapati Uthan Mahasabha Rae Bareli).
