Bareilly. A woman from Baradari police station area has accused her husband of getting married second in resentment of dowry case. The victim has pleaded for justice by giving a complaint to CO III Pankaj Srivastava and Baradari police station in this regard.

Ruchi Chauhan, a resident of Trimurti Nagar, was married in Bilsi police station area of ​​Badaun district. After marriage, the in -laws were accused of harassing the demand for dowry. In this regard, Ruchi lodged a complaint with the Baradari police station, in which the police have filed a charge sheet against husband, father -in -law, brother -in -law and sister -in -law in court.

Ruchi said that he has also filed a suit in the Family Court for maintenance, which is currently under consideration. At the same time, no legal process of divorce has been completed yet. Meanwhile, it is alleged that her husband is married to a young woman from Izatnagar region. The marriage took place at the Shiv Bagia temple in Chaupula, in which several members of the husband’s family were also present.

Ruchi says that this marriage is completely illegal and a violation of her rights. He has demanded strict action from the police administration in the case.
