Under the provisions given by District Magistrate Harshita Mathur in the Uttar Pradesh Fisheries Act 1948, the following prohibition orders have been passed that any person will not hunt in the reservoir, meinya and rivers during fisheries reproductive periods from June 15, 2025 to July 30, 2025. Apart from this, no person will take action to catch, destroy or sell fry and fingering from the reservoirs, Meenya and rivers in the period from July 15, 2025 to 30 September, 2025, nor will anyone motivate anyone to do so.

Any person will not work in the fisheries reproductive period from June 15, 2025 to 30 July 2025 and in the period from July 15, 2025 to September 30, 2025, will not work to catch, destroy, sell, remove children and make fry and finguling from rivers, and all equipment that would make hunt by hunting.
The District Magistrate has said that under Section 6 of the Fisheries Act, the officer of the Authorized Fisheries Department and the police sub-inspector will have the right to arrest the person who committed the said act without a warrant.

The officials of the fisheries department will also be entitled to impose a lump sum fine under Section 8 of the Act against the person doing the above act. No person or fisherman businessman will do fishery, cumin, fingers and fisheries in any reservoir, meinya, and rivers or in any part of the said period.
The District Magistrate has said that the above order will be effective till the time period mentioned above under the entire limit of Rae Bareli district. Violation of the above order, there will be a punishable offense under Section-6 and Section-8 of Uttar Pradesh Fisheries Act 1948.
