The police arrested the arrested accused in Section 303 (3), 317 (2) BNS and conducted a challan court from where he was sent to jail. Station Head Vishwadeep Singh said that the accused has already been registered in Haldi police station under Section 60 Excise Second and Sections 147, 148, 149, 308, 323, 324, 325, 504 and 506 Bhadvi.
