You first have to go to the official website of Ayushman India or download the Ayushman app available in Google Play Store.
Now enter your mobile number and OTP to create a user login id.
Check your eligibility by entering your name ration card and Aadhaar number.
If you are eligible, then detail yourself and your family members through verification Aadhaar E-KYC mobile OTP or face.
After filling all the necessary information, take your photo from your mobile and upload it.
