Patna: The department of art and culture, and Patna district administration will hold the ‘Vasantotsav’ workshop from Feb 5 to 8, at Bihar Lalit Kala Academy. The event will focus on Tikuli and Sikki art forms. People aged from 11 to 29 years can apply to take part in the workshop. Applicants will have to scan the provided QR code and submit forms to the district art and culture office at the Patna Collectorate or email daco.ptn@gmail.com. The form submission deadline is Feb 3.
