Main Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes (aloo) – peeled and diced
- 1 cup green peas (matar) – fresh or frozen
- 1 medium onion – finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes – pureed or finely chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves – minced
- 1-inch ginger – grated or minced
- 1-2 green chilies – slit or chopped (adjust to taste)
Spices & Seasonings:
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 tsp coriander powder (dhania powder)
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
