Lalganj ! The former divisional president of BJP has accused the inspector posted at the police station of threatening him. The victim has given an application to the inspector in-charge demanding action against the accused inspector.
Mahendra Kumar Patel, resident of Murai Bagh of Dalmau and former divisional president of BJP, told that he had come to Lalganj Kotwali for some work on Tuesday evening. It is alleged that when he stood in front of SI Nitin Malik posted at the police station, the Inspector allegedly used abusive language and threatened to shoot him. The BJP leader says that this behavior has caused serious mental trauma to him.
At the same time, on the allegations made by the media against SI Nitin Malik in this entire matter, he said that the allegations are baseless and he has not committed any kind of misbehavior.
On Wednesday, a large number of BJP workers reached the police station and raised slogans against the incident. The workers filed a complaint against the Inspector and demanded strict action. Inspector in-charge Pramod Kumar Singh assured to investigate the matter and take action as per rules.
During this, hundreds of BJP workers including BJP Mandal President Manoj Awasthi, Ramesh Bahadur Singh, Surendra Maurya, Ramsumer Lodhi, Ravi Singh, Dalmau Chairman representative Shubham Gaur were present.
