Raebareli. The female employment servant was murdered in her home by slitting her throat with an ax. His body was found lying in a bloody condition. On receiving information about the incident, ASP and CO along with the forensic team reached the spot. The villagers accused a youth of the village of murder and demanded action and refused to let the police collect the body.
When the police investigated the accused, he was found lying in a field in the village. When the police took him to CHC, the doctor declared him dead. The doctor has expressed the possibility of consuming poisonous substance.
After getting information about the death of the accused, the bodies of villager Mane and the woman were sent for post-mortem. Police have registered an FIR on the complaint of the deceased’s brother-in-law. There was talk among the villagers that the incident was carried out in a love affair.
Employment servant Seema, resident of Bhichkaura village, Jagatpur, was posted in the village itself. Presently she was working as BLO. She was alone at home at around 1 pm after returning from work.
When a person from the neighborhood reached their house after hearing Seema’s noise, he saw Ramsumer of the village running from the back side of the house, while Seema’s blood-soaked body was found lying on the ground near the gas stove. Gadasa was also found lying nearby.
Deep wound marks were visible on the woman’s neck. Seeing this, the neighbor raised an alarm and a large number of people gathered on the spot. On receiving the information, CO Amit Singh reached the spot along with the police force and forensic team. ASP Sanjeev Kumar Sinha and SDM Mithilesh Tripathi also reached the spot.
In the complaint letter given to the police, the deceased’s brother-in-law Ramesh has accused Ram Sumer of murdering Seema with a machete in front of him.
The angry villagers stopped the police from picking up the dead body and were adamant on arresting the accused Ram Sumer. On this the police registered an FIR against him. About three hours later, the police found Ram lying unconscious in a field in Sumer village.
