Gurgaon: An unidentified man, believed to be in his late 30s, was found hanging from a tree in the greenbelt near Shankar Chowk on NH8 on Tuesday morning, police said.An officer said a passerby alerted the PCR around 7.30am after spotting the body. A team from the local police station reached the spot and cordoned off the area. No identification documents, phone or belongings were found at the scene. No note has been found so far either, an officer said. “Prima facie, no injury marks other than the ligature mark have been observed,” he added. The body has been shifted to the mortuary for autopsy. Efforts are underway to ascertain the identity of the deceased and the circumstances leading to his death. TNN
