CHANDIGARH: A Special secretary posted at Haryana civil secretariat dies after allegedly jumping from the eighth floor of the Haryana civil secretariat building under suspicious circumstances in chandigarh on Wednesday noon. The sector 3 police kept the body at mortuary in GMSH-16 for autopsy and initiated inquest proceedings. The victim Ganesh Das Arora, a resident of Zirakpur, Mohali was working with an IAS officer in Haryana civil secretariat.According to information, on Wednesday afternoon at around 12:30 PM, Ganesh Das Arora suddenly jumped from the 8th floor. His colleagues immediately took him to GMSH in Sector-16, where doctors declared him dead on arrival and moved body at mortuary for autopsy. Deceased alleged one of victim’s colleagues for harrassing him at workplace, had been continuously harassed him. The deceased ’s wife also works at Haryana Raj Bhawan.
