KUALA LUMPUR: UOA Development Bhd
recorded RM672.9mil in new property sales for the period ended Dec 31, 2025, led mainly by Bamboo Hills Residences, Duo Tower, Aster Hill and Laurel Residence.
“Unbilled sales amounted to RM656.5mil at quarter-end, which will be recognised progressively in the coming years.
“In view of these, the group continues to explore strategic land parcels that align with and amplify the group’s objectives,” the developer said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
In the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, UOA posted profit after tax and minority interests (patami) of RM192.8mil, or 7.26 sen per share, up from RM128.2mil, or 4.89 sen, a year earlier, despite revenue easing to RM174.7mil from RM234.9mil.
For the full financial year, patami surged 65% to RM474.04mil as revenue rose 23.6% to RM674.3mil, driven mainly by the progressive recognition of ongoing projects, including Bamboo Hills Residences, the medical centre in Bangsar South, Aster Hill and Duo Tower.
The board has proposed a final single-tier dividend of 10 sen per share for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025, totalling RM265.5mil, subject to shareholders’ approval.
