Patna: Patna Medical College marked its 101st Foundation Day and alumni meet with a scientific programme on Tuesday. Noted surgeon Dr A A Hai inaugurated the event. Chairman of the scientific session Dr Pankaj Hans said five scientific sessions were conducted, featuring eminent doctors from across the country. Dr Narayan Prasad spoke on metabolic-associated chronic kidney disease, while principal Dr N P Singh discussed the link between psychiatry and medical practice. Other speakers included Dr Shanti Roy, Dr Richa Chauhan and Dr Avinash Kumar Singh. The main celebrations will take place on Wednesday.
