Chennai woman dies by suicide over family dispute

Chennai: A 32-year-old woman died by suicide after jumping in front of a suburban electric train between Singaperumal Koil and Paranur railway stations on Saturday night, following a family dispute. The deceased was identified as Anusuya, wife of Rajadurai, a native of Tiruvarur district. According to police, the couple argued frequently. On Saturday at 9pm, after finishing work, Anusuya walked along the railway track while speaking to her husband on her phone.
