While the state’s afternoon heat is set to hold steady for the next week under the sway of north-westerly winds, there is a silver lining for those missing the winter chill. Starting Monday, a gentle dip of 2-3 degrees in night temperatures is forecast for a three-day stretch, offering a brief, cooler bookend to the month.Across Gujarat, the heat was felt far and wide. While Rajkot was the state’s hotspot at 35.3°C, only Naliya managed to keep its cool, recording the lowest minimum at 15.2°C.
