The administration has taken a big decision to maintain peace during the procession of Holi in Sambhal. 10 mosques falling in the procession will be covered with foil and tarpaulin. ASP Srischandra said that this decision has been taken with the consent of both sides.
Sambhal DM Rajendra Pensia said that strong security arrangements have been made in view of the festivals. The city along with 27 QRT teams is divided into 6 zones and 29 sectors, where magistrates and police officers have been deployed. More than 250 CCTV cameras and drones are being monitored.
