Under the district tour program of Venkateswara Lu, a terrestrial inspection of the newly constructed Lalupur Khas Drinking Water Scheme was done today. During the inspection, Lalupur Khas Drinking Water Scheme includes 02 revenue village (Lalupur Khas, Dhodhanri). In the said scheme, 01 Nag Shiropari reservoir (water tank) 175 KL/16 meter staging, 01 nice tubewells, 01 pieces of pump house, 6.9 km pipeline and solar system (21 kW), 335 Nag House Connection and other tasks are proposed. The above works have been completed in a quality manner. Drinking water is also being supplied smoothly by providing 335 Nag House Connection in the scheme.
During the tour in the village, the Principal Secretary found water going on in house connections and during the visit, information about drinking water was obtained with the villagers. In order to which the villagers were informed that the village is supplied in the morning and evening, two hours and two hours of drinking water and if required, drinking water is also supplied in the afternoon. Information about the quality of drinking water from the villagers was also taken by the Principal Secretary. On which it was told by the villagers that the quality of water coming from the scheme is good and due to the construction of the scheme, there is no problem of drinking water in the village.
