Vice President to attend MGCU convocation ceremony

Motihari: Vice President of India C P Radhakrishnan will attend the 3rd convocation ceremony of Mahatma Gandhi Central University (MGCU), Motihari, on April 4, 2026. The ceremony will be held at the Gandhi Auditorium, where the VP will be the chief guest and will confer degrees upon graduating students.MGCU vice chancellor Prof Sanjay Srivastava said the third convocation is not merely a degree-awarding event but a celebration of years of dedication, discipline, and academic achievement by the students.“This university has already established a remarkable tradition of prestigious convocation ceremonies in a short span of time. The first convocation was honoured by the presence of President Droupadi Murmu, and the second was graced by then Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar,” he added.On this occasion, MP and former Union agriculture minister Radha Mohan Singh will be the guest of honour.
