RaeBareli, Salon ! Deputy Collector Salon Chandra Prakash Gautam has informed that a 10 -year fisheries in the revenue villages falling under Tehsil Salon district Rae Bareli will be organized from 25 to 26 June 2025 to auction a 10 -year fisheries, a fisheries lease auction camp will be organized in the auditorium of Tehsil Salon. In which applications will be taken from 10 am to 01:00 pm of interested eligible persons and auction action will be taken after 01:00 pm. Naib Tehsildar Salon is appointed as a auction officer for the auction of the ponds.
In relation to the auction of the ponds, it will be done by Rules 57 and 58 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006, which is available on the website of Tehsil Headquarters/Revenue Council https://bor.up.nic.in. The highest speaking committee/person will have to deposit 1/4 part of one year of rent immediately. It will be mandatory to submit the remaining 3/4 part within 15 days of the auction date.
All the bidder will have to submit income from the date of advertisement, residence certificate which is not more than 06 months old. The period of fisheries lease 10 years which will neither be renewed nor extended. Detailed information can be obtained from the Revenue Inspector (Office) of the Office Tehsildar on any working day. Sub -Collector Salon will have the right to accept/reject the auction.
