Intellect Design Arena targets mid-sized firms for AI platform

Chennai: Intellect Design Arena is targeting mid-size enterprises and government clients for its AI tool with a low-cost offering. The traditionally enterprise focused company is now targeting mid-sized companies in IT services, financial institutions, pharma, health and education companies and govt agencies.Arun Jain, chairman and managing director of Intellect Design Arena, argues that western business platforms remain prohibitively expensive and calls offering 50 AI agents to mid-size corporates at an affordable cost as a Jio movement in AI. “India’s low-cost model can unlock AI adoption at scale with eventual growth hinging on how fast the product goes viral and how strongly media amplification supports uptake,” he said, adding that it can add more than Rs 1,000 crore in incremental revenue, though it is too early to give formal forecasts. “Purple Fabric is engineered as certified, governance-ready infrastructure where reliability, auditability and transparency are built into the architecture. This allows institutions to deploy AI with confidence across finance, healthcare, governance and other mission-critical domains where consequence matters,” he added.
