The meeting of the District Sanitation Committee and the District Swachh Bharat Mission Rural Management Committee was held under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Harshita Mathur in the Collectorate Auditorium. The meeting reviewed the works under the Swachh Bharat Mission.
On the instructions of Mandalayukta Roshan Jacob, District Magistrate Harshita Mathur gave strict instructions that the work of retro fitting should be completed soon. DPRO Soumya Sheel Singh said that for this, guidelines were issued to all ADO Panchayats, which has made second in the ranking of district in the entire state.
The main agenda of the meeting was the progress of selected model villages for solid and liquid waste management, application for individual toilets, progress of individual toilets in financial year 2024-25, the status of operating the Resource Recovery Center for financial year 2022-23 and 23-24, review of CSC operations, review of CM Dashboard etc. Knowing the progress of solid and wave management, he directed to adopt innovation in management. DM directed all ADO Panchayats to bring progress in the work relative to the amount received.
He said that the action taken in the individual toilet application should be completed on time. He directed the DPRO to verify the works of all ADO Panchayat with district level officers. They should also be monitored. CHC operation should be noted. Knowing the progress of CM Dashboard, DM directed to improve the ranking. All ADO Panchayat was instructed to promote the e-Gram Swaraj system.
Chief Development Officer Arpit Upadhyay, ACMO Dr. Ashok, PD Satish Pratap Mishra, District Social Welfare Officer Srishti Awasthi, Swachh Bharat Mission member Raghavendra Singh and all ADO Panchayat were present in the meeting.
