Lucknow: A review meeting for the preparation for the proposed flower show and painting competition was held at Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) headquarters on Thursday. The civic body earlier organised the annual flower show and painting competition at Padma Shri Dr SC Rai Park (E-Park) in Mahanagar. The event remained suspended for the past few years due to the Covid-19. Officials said the programme will be held again at the same venue in 2026. As per the tentative schedule, participants will place potted plants on Feb 19, followed by judging on Feb 20. Exhibition displays will be arranged on Feb 21, when the show will open to the public. The exhibition will remain open on Feb 22, with prize distribution scheduled for the same day. Exhibits will be returned on Feb 23. TNN
