80-yr-old gutted in Arunachal fire

Itanagar: An 80-year-old man, Tabo Danggen, was burnt to death at Simong village in Arunachal Pradesh’s Upper Siang district, after his house caught fire on Thursday. According to an official report, the fire originated from the kitchen at around 11 am, before engulfing the entire house. Tuting-Yingkiong MLA Alo Libang, along with Upper Siang deputy commissioner Talo Jerang, SP Token Saring and distict disaster management officer Anie Yangfo, visited the site and assessed the situation. Officials are yet to ascertain the exact cause of the fire.
