Roborock has officially launched in Ireland, marking a significant moment for the smart home market and for anyone who takes their cleaning tech seriously. The brand’s latest robot vacuums and mops are available exclusively through bricks-and-mortar retailer Harvey Norman and online, with pre-orders now open and full availability from 18 February.
As someone who has reviewed robot vacuums for years, Roborock is a name I’ve long associated with reliability, clever engineering and products that actually do what they promise. I’ve tested many of their models over time, and they consistently rank among the best I’ve used. Seeing the brand finally arrive in Irish retail stores feels overdue, and very welcome.
Roborock’s Irish debut includes three models: the flagship Saros Z70, the ultra-slim Saros 10 and the more affordable QV 35S. Each targets a different type of household, but all reflect the brand’s focus on automation, strong suction and genuinely useful features rather than gimmicks.
“Ireland represents a key strategic market for Roborock, vital to our continued momentum and expansion across Europe,” said Jin Yani, Country Manager of Roborock UK & Ireland. “There is strong demand among Irish consumers for smart home tech, and we are confident that our innovative and reliable range of robotic cleaners will both enhance and simplify their daily lives. Our partnership with Harvey Norman ensures that our advanced products are readily accessible to homes throughout the country.”
Harvey Norman, already a major player in the robot vacuum category, is equally enthusiastic about the partnership.
“As the leading retailer in robot vacuums in Ireland, we are beyond delighted to bring Roborock, exclusively, into our stores nationwide,” said Clare McGinty, Product and Marketing Manager, Small Appliances, Harvey Norman. “Roborock are innovators in this space, bringing very exciting products to the market.”

The Saros Z70 is the most ambitious robot vacuum Roborock has ever produced, and one of the most interesting I’ve reviewed in years. Its standout feature is the OmniGrip robotic arm, folded neatly into an ultra-slim body measuring 7.98cm. This five-axis arm can unfold and physically move small obstacles, such as socks and sandals, out of the way before cleaning.
In practice, this addresses one of the biggest frustrations with robot vacuums: the need to tidy up before letting them loose. Combined with strong suction, advanced navigation and an effective scrubbing mop system, the Z70 is a powerful and futuristic robot vacuum cleaner.

The Saros 10 takes a different approach, focusing on reach and consistency. Its RetractSense Navigation System allows the robot to lower itself to glide under low furniture such as beds and sofas, while still maintaining excellent mapping accuracy. At just 7.98cm tall, it’s one of the slimmest high-end robot vacuums available.
I’ve always rated Roborock’s mopping systems highly, and the VibraRise 4.0 setup here is no exception. It’s powerful, even, and reliable, making the Saros 10 a strong choice for homes with mixed flooring and awkward layouts.

For those who want Roborock performance at a more accessible price, the QV 35S is an impressive option. It includes an all-in-one dock that empties the dustbin and automatically washes the mop, features that were premium-only not long ago.
With 10,000 Pa suction, Reactive Tech obstacle detection and an anti-tangle side brush, it punches well above its price point. From my experience with Roborock’s mid-range models, this is likely to be the quiet hit of the range.
Roborock’s launch in Ireland is rounded out by its ongoing global partnership with Real Madrid, built around the theme “The Greatest Meeting The Greatest”. It’s an interesting pairing, but one that fits a brand clearly confident in its technology.
For Irish consumers, the bigger story is simple: one of the best robot vacuum brands in the world is now available nationwide, with local support and in-store expertise. Based on years of testing their products, that’s very good news indeed.
