Ahmedabad: A helpline to support students, parents and schools ahead of the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations beginning Feb 26 will be operation from Feb 12. It will continue till March 18, according to the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB). The helpline is intended to guide students on issues related to exam preparation, time management, stress and fear during examinations. Parents and school authorities can also seek clarification regarding examination-related matters. The board urged students, parents and schools to make maximum use of this facility.The toll-free helpline number is 1800 233 5500, and it will remain functional from 11am to 6pm during the examination period. Last year, 1,927 queries were received in a month, most of them related to exam preparation strategies and exam-related anxiety.By continuing this support system, the board aims to ensure a smoother and less stressful examination experience for students across Gujarat.
