The Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, is one of the most iconic and largest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva in India. Built in the 11th century during the Soma Vanshi (Somavamshi) dynasty, it represents the pinnacle of Kalinga architecture, a sub-style of Odishan temple architecture.
