Prayagraj: Nyaya-The Legal Internship 3.0 was organised by the Innovation and Incubation Hub MNNIT Foundation (IIHMF) on Saturday for law interns pursuing LLB and BA LLB courses from various colleges and universities across the country. The event was organised by IIHMF in collaboration with NYAYA – The Legal Internship.The chief guest and keynote speaker, senior advocate and additional advocate general of the govt of Uttar Pradesh, Ashok Mehta, shared his views on the implementation of the National Education Policy-2020 in legal education. He stated that the future of the legal profession will not be limited to courts alone, but will also play a crucial role in policy-making, corporate governance, public administration, and social justice, he said. The guest of honour, prof Anil Kumar Singh, department of Computer Science, MNNIT Allahabad, delivered a lecture on cybersecurity, stating that in the digital age, data protection, privacy, and network security have become integral aspects of law. Addressing the gathering Prof Ravi Prakash Tiwari, director, IIHMF, stated that law is deeply intertwined with start-ups, industry, technology, and governance today. tnn
