National Worm Liberation Day (NDD) was organized on Monday to feed worm free medicine to children, adolescents and adolescents between the age of one to 19 years, which was inaugurated by District Immunization Officer Dr. Arun Kumar, former Secondary Girls School and Acharya at Fort Bazaar The children of Leo Convent Girls School located in Dwivedi Nagar were made by feeding albendazole to the children of worm liberation. Dr. Arun said that Albendazole is fed twice a year by NDD in February and in August under Sarvajan Drug Seven (IDA). Children become weak, malnourished due to insects in the stomach. Their immunity becomes weak. Malnutrition has long -term consequences in childhood.
District Health Education and Information Officer D.S. Asthana said that due to lack of cleanliness in the stomach and the children reach their body due to the barefoot rotation and make the child malnourished by eating the nutrients of food. So always eat fruits and vegetables with clean water and always wear slippers in the feet. Asthana ji said that children studying in government, government aided and private schools were fed medicine to remove insects from stomach and children who do not go to school were fed through Anganwadi centers. Children who are deprived of eating medicine on February 10 for any reason will be fed the medicine during the Mop Up Round on 14 February.
