Jaipur: The team of The New India Assurance Company Limited, captained by Dr Devendra Kumar, finished third in the Elite Group of the BOB Corporate Golf Cup held recently at the Rambagh Golf Club.In a felicitation ceremony held at the Nehru Place Regional Office here on Thursday, the Chief Regional Manager of Rajasthan, BC Sethi and Regional Manager, Brijraj Singh felicitated the team on the occasion of the team’s excellent performance under the banner of The New India Assurance Company Limited under the captaincy of Dr Devendra Kumar securing the third position and winning a prize money of Rs. 2 lakh in the Elite Group of the BOB Corporate Golf Cup which concluded at the Rambagh Golf Club in Jaipur.New India Assurance had performed brilliantly in the last Corporate League and reached the quarter finals and this year also it performed brilliantly and topped its group in the league matches with the highest points.The New India Assurance team is as follows: Dr Devendra Kumar (Captain), Navratna Singh Rathore (Vice Captain), Krishna Kumar Haritwal, Ram Singh, Kamal Singh Naruka, Manish Kumawat (Junior), Rohit Gothwal, Rakesh Chaudhary and Pratap Singh (Mentor).
