A 16-year-old boy has been charged after allegedly assaulting and raping a younger teenage boy in a public toilet in Adelaide’s southern suburbs on Saturday night.
Police said the alleged victim was approached at a park on Regano Rd in Flagstaff Hill, about 8pm by a young male he did not know.
“It will be alleged the suspect threatened the victim and then sexually assaulted him,” police said in a statement.

He appeared in Adelaide Youth Court on Wednesday, facing three counts of rape, one count of taking a person by force, and one count of aggravated assault with a weapon.
The boy did not apply for bail and is due to appear in court again next month.
