Lucknow: MLA Rajeshwar Singh on Monday questioned the growing trend of post-retirement disclosures on national security.Singh referred to recent remarks by Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, who cited an unpublished book by former Army chief MM Naravane. “If such grave threats to national security truly existed, why did General Naravane not resign when his views were allegedly ignored? If he believed the situation was so serious, why did he continue in office while claiming institutional resistance?” Singh asked.
