Bhubaneswar: Credai Odisha has urged the Centre to revise the definition of affordable housing, continue tax incentives for such projects, and enhance home loan interest deductions in the Union Budget. The developers’ body also sought GST rationalisation on construction inputs, saying supportive measures would improve affordability and boost planned urban growth in Odisha.
