Forensic officers and homicide detectives are continuing their investigation into the double-murder suicide in Mosman Park that has shocked Perth.
Police cars and forensic trucks lined the quiet cul‑de‑sac on Sunday as officers moved to and from the Clune family home, carrying evidence bags and equipment through the street.
A single bouquet of bright flowers sat at the base of a tree holding up the police tape on Mott Close on Sunday — a splash of colour in a street now marked by grief.
Despite the weekend heat, one couple stood silently, heads bowed, before leaving floral the tribute and walking away together.
The investigation continues after Friday morning’s discovery of the bodies of parents, Jarrod and Maiwenna, aged 50 and 49, and their two sons, Leon, 16, and Otis, 14.

The family was found after a carer, arriving for a scheduled visit, came across a note and alerted police.
Major Crime Squad Acting Inspector Jessica Securo said the scene was “highly distressing”, with family members located in different parts of the house.
The West Australian understands a detailed note was left inside the home, as well as one on the door warning people against entering and to call police.
Both teenage boys are believed to be autistic and according to Insp. Securo lived with “significant health challenges”. The causes of their deaths has not yet been released.
A couple living on McCabe Street on the corner of Mott Close were the only people allowed entry into the quiet cul-de-sac — seen talking to officers at the scene before hurrying back into their home, refusing to talk to the media.
A long-time local resident, who asked not to be named, said the tragedy had rocked the close‑knit suburb.
“It’s just devastating — the whole community is in shock,” he said. “I think for those closer to it, more needs to be done to help them through.”
Police are expected to remain at the scene for several more days as they piece together the events that led to the tragedy.
